On May 10, 2018, at 5:40 p.m., several employees were attempting to remove a machine from a semi trailer. The machine was returned by a customer and had not been crated. The employees used a forklift and lifting straps to move the machine. The machine tipped, pinning one employee against the wall of the facility. The employee suffered a broken ankle and cracked rib, as well as a possible concussion.
